본 논문의 목적은 4차 산업혁명의 가속화에 따라 파격적 변화가 예고되는 미래 전쟁 양상에 대비해 우리 군이 추구해야 할 전력체계 혁신 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 4차 산업혁명의 본질적 속성은 사물인터넷, 클라우드, 빅데이터, 모바일, 인공지능 등의 기술을 기반으로 한 초연결성과 초지능성의 심화이며, 이는 전쟁 수단과 방식의 근본적 변혁을 초래할 것으로 분석된다. 전투공간의 모든 영역에 배치된 전력체계들이 초연결·초지능화됨에 따라 영역교차시너지 최대화의 전력 운용 개념이 구현되는 네트워크중심전이 발전될 것이다. |

This study aims to find better ways to transform the military strength system that the Korean military should pursue, thereby preparing for the new aspect of future warfare. The fundamental features of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, currently change the way we live, comprises several technologies as Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud, Big-Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI) which promise to promote hyper-connectivity and super-intelligence. It is highly likely that these technologies will also change our means and methods of warfare. Assuming that the hyper-connectivity and the hyper-intelligence necessarily affect the weapon systems employed in all domains throughout the battle-space, it is important to focus on the network centric warfare that is based on the maximization of cross domain synergy as its key concept of military force employment. |
