본 연구의 목적은 사관생도들의 학습몰입에 미치는 학습자 내적 요인과 교수자 요인의 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 육군 K사관학교에 재학 중인 생도 195명을 대상으로 2018년 12월 3일부터 28일까지 설문조사를 실시한 이후 그 결과를 분석했다. 선행연구 분석 결과를 바탕으로 학습자 내적 요인으로서는 ① 내적동기, ② 학습효능감, ③ 학습가치 인식의 영향력을 분석했고. 교수자 요인으로서는 ① 난이도에 따른 계열화 수업, ② 의사소통 능력, ③ 발표/토의 수업, ④ 군사실무와 연계된 학습과제, ⑤ 시청각 수업 등의 영향력을 분석했다. 그 결과 학습자 내적요인은 통계적으로 유의미하게 학습몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 관찰변수인 내적동기, 자기효능감, 학습가치인식 모두 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 반면, 외생잠재변수로서 교수자 요인의 영향력은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았으나, 하위 관찰변수 가운데 난이도에 따른 계열화 수업, 발표/토의 수업방식은 학습몰입에 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. |

The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal and external factors affecting military cadets' learning engagement. Two hundred cadets of K Military Academy were sampled and a battery of questionnaire was administered to them in December 2018. The 195 effective questionnaires were collected and the data were analyzed in structural equation modeling and hierarchical multiple regression. The results of the analyses were like these: first, learner's internal factor showed statically significant positive effect on the cadets' learning engagement. The four observable variables of the learners' internal factor also showed significantly positive effect on the cadets' learning engagement and the intrinsic motivation revealed most significant effect. Second, the instructional factor did not show significant effect on the cadets' learning engagement while sequential teaching strategy and presentation/discussion strategy showed partially significant positive effect on the cadets' learning engagement. The suggestions and limitations of the results were discussed. |
